Security Deposit
We ask our guests to pay a security deposit in cash at their arrival. This amounts to 200 euro per
flats and €600 for the villa. The sum will be returned at the time of check out, after verifying together the
condition of the unit.
Final cleaning fee
Included in the reservation are cleaning fees, which are paid along with the stay, prior to arrival, depending on the conditions of the reservation.
Children under 6 years old stay for free
The little ones are always welcome guests.
Therefore, children up to the age of 6 can stay free of charge in each accommodation (maximum 2 children per villa/apartment).
Extra beds
Cots and high-chairs for babies up to 2 years old are available for free. Please contact us to confirm availability.
Pets
Pets are allowed, upon request, only in the Villas. A supplement may be charged.
